don't have one yet. i quite like paddling. the closest i get to unpleasant was paddling against the tide back into Telegraph Cove on Vancouver Island. I was tired, a bit wet and we didn't seem to be moving...
possibly also one very cold day in February 2010 on the Wey when we foolishly decided to seal launch off the snowy bit upstream from town. I didn't partake of the seal launch, but it was cold!
