My first trip down the River Etive in Scotland

Not sure about the worst, but the most embarrassing was at Nottingham, playing in the muncher, capsizing in the wave train and then attempting to roll for the rest of the course before finally bailing out and swimming out into the trent. Its a very long way to walk back up!
